Thank You, Trap Rock

Members of the Hopewell Valley Veterans Association would like to thank Trap Rock Industries and George Conway Jr. for graciously donating the majority of stone material for the construction of our parking lot at the Veterans Memorial at Alliger Park. This donation is extensive and includes approximately: 682 tons of 1-1/2 clean stone base material, 30 tons of mix I-2 base and 50 tons of Mix I-5 top pavement for the walkway and handicap ramps at the Memorial.

Trap Rock Industries saw a need in our community and because of their generosity, Alliger Park will be one step closer towards becoming a fully accessible park for all Hopewell Valley residents and disabled veterans. We encourage community members to view the progress at Alliger Park on Saturday, May 23, as the Hopewell Valley Veterans Association honors our American heroes with an impressive Memorial Day ceremony.
